My little girl is enjoying her new harness. She especially likes the large opening for her head. Because she is small the front Velcro strap is a little long so we’ll probably have to cut about an inch off of it so it fits OK. Otherwise it’s a great product.

This is my second one and if I had a third dog, I would have another one. They’ve been working very well for me and my dogs. A time can pull real hard. The dogs don’t fight me to put it on. They actually grow and grab it. it’s a great product.
Customer service is exceptional! I ordered a size too small and they quickly arranged for me to order the next size up by issuing a store credit. They asked that I keep the small harness and donate it to a shelter or a rescue group. Murphy loves the harness. She immediately turned when she pulled. My only concern is that I am not able to securely add the D ring. She is able to loosen the Velcro strap that attaches the D ring to the Chest strap. Then the harness begins to slip. To be clear, the D ring begins to loosen not during walks, but when she is in a sit and wants to get away. Murphy loves the harness. I have kept using it, but attach it to the back ring instead. She pulls, but not as much as with a neck collar. Dogshood collar is well made and attractive. If I figure out how to make the D ring stay in place for a strong 90# pulling dog, I’ll share right away!

The DogsHood I got for my Ginger is absolutely great. She was a stray, sadly dumped as a puppy, and still has timidity issues. I adopted her at less than 2 years old, and even putting on a regular collar - forget a full body harness - was a hassle. And this goes on and comes off easily, is non-intimidating to her, and I LOVE, that it does not go across her mid-throat. The front strap is below the standard, closer to her collar bone, and just works better for both her and me. A D ring available for that strap in addition to the regular one on the regular back connection also keeps her secure - and again, comfortable. Even though she walks a lot faster than me! Also the first arrival was a hint big on her as she was borderline on the measurement size categories. DogHood was AWESOME in just asking me to remeasure & sending a different size free of exchange. I donated the first to a nearby shelter. Many thanks - highly recommend. Am highly sorry to hear about the possibility of things closing due to the name issue. Insane! Best of luck to stay with us!
